Quiet Period

We have a “quiet period” that extends from the end of a fiscal period to the day of an earnings announcement for that fiscal period to prevent leaks of earnings information and maintain fairness of information disclosure. During this quiet period, we do not respond to questions or requests for comments concerning earnings information or business performance.
