サブミットされたチェンジリストと作業中のチェンジリストのリストを出力します。

構文

p4 [g-opts] changelists [-i -t -l -L -f] [-c client] [-m max] [-s status] 
                         [-u user] [[FileSpec][revSpec]]

p4 changelistsコマンドはp4 changesと同等に機能します。
