  • A new organization, FPD measurement system project, was established on July 1, 2002.
  • LC Alignment Layer Evaluation System, PI Checker, won the excellent prize of the FPD Inspection Category in 7th Advanced Display of the Year (ADY) 2002 on July 3, 2002.
  • TOYO made an agency agreement with the Integral Vision, Inc, (US), which manufactured the small FPD evaluation systems, in March 1 2003.
  • New OLED Evaluation System, Lifetime Tester., was released on July 2003.
  • New Elastic Constant Measurement System, Model EC-1, was released on July 2004.
  • TOYO made an agency agreement with the Delta, Optical and Acoustics, (Denmark), which specialized in design, development, test certification and consultancy, in October 1 2006.
  • ICAM-Imaging Colour Analyzer Module won the excellent prize of the Display Testing Equipment Category in 13th Advanced Display of the Year (ADY) 2008 on April 16, 2008.
